Application Support Specialist

Job Description

Troubleshooting software technical issues. (Remotely - through any remote desktop applications - TeamViewer, Any Desk ...etc.)
Troubleshooting the SQL server issues. (Remotely - through any remote desktop applications - TeamViewer, AnyDesk ...etc.)
Deep knowledge of working on Microsoft server environment
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented and cool- tempered
Deep knowledge of dealing with colleagues and clients via e-mail in a formal and professional manner
Deep knowledge of working on (MS Project) software
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts
Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements, and performance standards
Installing and configuring software. (Remotely - through any remote desktop applications - TeamViewer, AnyDesk ...etc.)
Preparing technical reports for problems and proposed solutions
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving business application issues
Addressing client queries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide the best solutions for technical issues and problems

Education and Qualification

Candidate must have bachelor's degree in Computer science or Software engineering or any related major or equivalent experience
Candidate must have experience at least One years on IT or application support
Candidate must be fluent in English language
